After earning my Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies from Washburn University in 2019, I worked in insurance sales for a few years.
After working various jobs, I noticed that many companies that I worked for had the same copy/paste legalese for their Codes of Conduct and other core policies. I could understand what they all meant, but I realized that not all average workers could. Several people that I’ve talked to told me as much.
After prayer and consideration with family, I decided to start my own business. A business that could bridge the gap between employer expectations and employees and making policies understandable so there wouldn’t be as much confusion.
